The following list of ice-cream cocktails may not contain the perfect ingredients, but they are very refreshing. If there is any cocktail that you know the name, but don't know the ingredients of, feel free to e-mail me at my address at the end of this page, and I will endeavour to find them for you.
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
Amaretto and vanilla ice-cream blended with strawberries and topped with whipped cream.
KAHLUA BANANA
Banana Kahlua, cream and vanilla ice-cream.
CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRY
Chocolate, strawberries and vanilla ice-cream blended with Kahlua.
PEACHES AND CREAM
Peaches, vodka, peach schnapps and vanilla ice-cream.
SUMMER PEACH
Peach schnapps, orange huice, orange sorbet and cranberry juice.
BARNAMINT BAILEYS
Baileys Irish Cream, creme de menthe, Oreo cookies and vanilla ice-cream.
CHOCOLATE MINT
A refreshing blend of chocolate, white creme de menthe, white creme de cacao and vanilla ice-cream. The version of the after-dinner mint.
CHOCOLATE MINT COOKIE
Oreo cookies, creme de cacao, creme de menthe and vanilla ice-cream.
KAHLUA HUMMER
Kahlua, rum and vanilla ice-cream.
FROZEN BLACK IRISH
Vodka, Kahlua, Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla ice-cream.
FROZEN IRISH MINT
Baileys Irish Cream, green creme de menthe and vanilla ice-cream.
SNAP DRAGON
Chambord, white creme de cacao and vanilla ice-cream blended with crisp brandy snaps. A raspberry delight.
PEACHY KEEN
Rum, peach schmapps, orange juice, peaches and vanilla ice-cream make this a creamy and fruity favourite.
CHOCOLATE MONKEY
Bananas, banana liqueur, chocolate syrup and ice-cream. Topped with whipped cream and a fresh banana slice.
GRASSHOPPER
Green creme de menthe, white creme de cacao and cream blended with vanilla ice-
ICE CREAM SANDWICH
Oreo cookies, creme de cacao and vanilla ice-cream.
BRAZILLIAN MONK
Frangelico, Kahlua, creme de cacao and vanilla ice-cream.
BURNT ALMOND
Kahlua, Amaretto and vanilla ice-cream.
BRANDY ALEXANDER
The classic brandy and dark creme de cacao cocktail with a vanilla ice-cream elegance.
BANANA BANSHEE
Fresh bananas, banana liwueur, white creme de cacao and vanilla ice-cream topped with a banana slice.
BANANA FASTER
Bananas with rum, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, brown sugar and vanilla ice-cream.
RAINBOW SHERBERT
Midori, banana liquer, strawberry liquer, grenadine, orange huice and orange sorbet.
BANANA BOAT
Banana rum, banana liquer, creme de cacao and vanilla ice-cream.
RAZZBARETTO
A raspberry and almond blend made with Chambord, Amaretto and vanilla ice-cream.
FRIDAY'S FREEZE
Vodka, orange juice and orange sherbet, topped with whipped cream and a cherry.
DREAMSICLE
White creme de cacao, triple sec, vanilla ice-cream and orange sherbet.
