| Grill the gammon until golden. Meanwhile, warm the potato cake or muffin under the grill or in the toaster. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Spoon in the vinegar. Break the egg into a small cup and gently ease the cup into the boiling water. Slowly run the egg into the water and gently poach for 3 minutes. To serve, place the potato cake or muffin onto plate top with the gammon and egg. Make up the KNORR sauce according to pack instructions and pour over as much as desired. Chef's Tip: For an alternative, substitute the gammon with a fillet of poached haddock and top with KNORR STIR & SERVE Single Serve Cheese Sauce. |
