Baked Banana and Mango

This dessert is stuffed with tasty mango and orange, then baked in its own skin. The thick skin creates a perfect, natural vessel to cook the flesh in and it's one of the few you use then throw away!
INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 180 C/350 F, gas mark 4. Wipe bananas. Lay them flat and cut a slit in the skin along the top to make a pocket. Mash the flesh of the mango and squeeze in juice of half an orange.

Arrange bananas in an oven-proof dish and put a spoonful of mango in each pocket. Cut the orange into 4 wedges and put 1 in each banana. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the bananas, bake in oven for 20 minutes, until soft.

Whip the cream, fold in the sugar and cinnamon. Serve with bananas.
