With QuickTime you can play digitised video and audio files on your computer. Version 2.5, which is part of Mac OS 7.6, has 3D capability.

You play a QuickTime movie by double-clicking the file, then using the control bar in the movie window.

Apple's QuickTime plug-in lets you view QuickTime movies directly in your Netscape Navigator 3.0 (or higher) window.
