Notes
There are two logic boards for the Macintosh IIci, one with and one without parity. You can identify the Parity logic board by the large parity IC installed to the left of the SIMM slots.

If you have a parity logic board, be sure to install parity SIMMs for proper operation.

The IIci uses DRAM for video and maps it to Bank A. Contrary to other Macintosh models, always install the lowest density SIMMs in Bank A for best performance.

32-BIT Information
This system has 32-bit-clean ROMs allowing it to take advantage of more than 8MB of physical RAM under System 7 by enabling 32 bit addressing in the Memory Control Panel.
