Notes

The LC has 2MB soldered on board, you must fill both slots when upgrading memory.

32-BIT Information

This system has 32-bit-clean ROMs allowing it to take advantage of more than 8MB of physical RAM under System 7 by enabling 32 bit addressing in the Memory Control Panel.

VRAM Information

The Macintosh LC has no soldered VRAM and has one VRAM SIMM slot with a 256k SIMM installed. VRAM can be upgraded to 512k by removing the 256k SIMM and replacing it with a 512k SIMM.
