32-BIT Information

This system has 32-bit-clean ROMs allowing it to take advantage of more than 8MB of physical RAM under System 7 by enabling 32 bit addressing in the Memory Control Panel.

VRAM Information

The LCIII has 512k of VRAM soldered to the logic board. It can be upgraded to 768k by adding a 256k VRAM SIMM rated at 100ns or faster.
