Notes

The Quadra 700 has 4MB soldered to the logic board, all four SIMM slots must be filled when upgrading memory.

32-BIT Information

This system has 32-bit-clean ROMs allowing it to take advantage of more than 8MB of physical RAM under System 7 by enabling 32 bit addressing in the Memory Control Panel.

VRAM Information

The Quadra 700 can be expanded to a maximum of 2MB of VRAM by adding up to six 256k VRAM SIMMs rated at 80ns or faster. Make sure you populate the VRAM banks starting at the inside of the logic board and moving towards the SIMM slots.
